Today, 1/19/24, Jake has been admitted to the hospital due to malnutrition and dehydration as a result of his significant Crohn's disease. He also will undergo surgery to remove part of his small intestines, and the expected recovery is 4-6 months. Jake continues to maintain a positive attitude. Please donate!
